Yeah, it's hard. This is what I'm doing right now at work because a) there is no one coming in right now (no one goes anywhere they don't have to in summer in Phoenix) and b) I've already delegated every single one of my duties to my staff.
I really could leave right now without it making a damn bit of difference.

No matter how many kids you go through it with. The first few nights of sleep training suck. But I've gotta start sleeping regularly. It's killing me. She's four months next week. Hasn't eaten between eleven and six in two months. Night time is not playtime. Mommy has to function .
