He's not gonna win. Polls asking for voting hypotheticals are a joke. Wait until the conventions are over. Then, you can panic and/or flee to Ecuador. But not before the nominees are formally announced, and have picked their running mates.
I heard Ben Carson was Trump's frontrunner for VP. Because he was so animated and engaging during his own campaign. At least when he was awake, anyway. One can't keep his eyes open, and the other can't keep his mouth shut. Winning ticket fo' sho'!

Is voting for Hillary. Willingly. To keep "that psycho sonofabitch" from getting in the white house.
At least he's not completely special. I've written off people I thought intelligent up until now. Like if I had friends? I'd probably lose them over this election. IMO anyone voting for Trump is literally a low life with no redeeming value. I feel that strongly about him not winning that I'm not voting libertarian for the first time since I was 18. I can't stand Hillary. But he cannot win.

You all know I hate Trump, he's a vile turd. But I have to admit, as of late it seems that he's quieting down on the antics. I have to wonder if his abrasiveness in the beginning was just to keep the spotlight on him. Everything in the media is about Trump. His tactics irritate the fuck out of me but the reality is Trump wears his asshole on his sleeve whereas the rest of them hide their asshole because lets face it, they're all assholes.
Jeremy said he was listening to Trumps speech regarding foreign policy on XM the other day--on MSNBC of all stations (we dislike MSNBC as much as Fox News) but he wanted to hear the speech and he wanted to hear what the commentators on that station had to say about it. He said it was VERY interesting and he was pretty impressed with his foreign policy stance.
I dunno. I just don't know.

Trump changed his entire campaign staff. The foreign policy speech was his first using a teleprompter. It sounded reasonable because it was such a departure from his normal blathering. It still didn't make much sense. We can't piss off China. You may hate lots of things about our relationship with them, but for now our economies inextricably linked. We can't just stop doing business. I love that Trump keeps saying the TPP allows China to keep taking advantage of us. China isn't part of the TPP.
Bill Maher claims that when Trump first started his campaign, he had people sit for hours and listen to right wing talk radio. All the really volitile, ignorant Rush Limbaugh garbage. Then they picked the 3 topics that pissed the ignorant Conservatives off the most, and made it the basis of his campaign. I can never quite decide if I can trust Bill Maher, and I disagree with him often, but I can easily imagine Trump finding the most hated, feared and ignorance-inspiring topics to create a platform.
I bet against Trump every step of the way, so as much as I want to say he can never unite the base.....I'm staying Mum. But he has 6 months to convince people he's reasonable, and Americans have very short memories.

I can't willingly vote for one of the most vile human beings ever just because he admits he's a vile human being and that's supposed to be "refreshing." I just can't. And I cannot for the life of me shake the feeling that this man will willingly instigate world war three if he thinks it will benefit him financially in the long run. He gets a bunker to hide in..the rest of humanity is fucked. And he does not care. |

I know I know, I'm not saying I'm convinced of anything but I think it's interesting how his actions have seemed to shift now that he's pretty much the candidate available for the GOP. In other news, this morning I witnessed my neighbor deep cleaning her toilet brush. Like bleach and everything. Either someone in that house had a phenomenal poo and it was clean it or throw it away, or she's just THAT clean. She is korean and they are in the process of selling their house, so it's quite possibly the latter. Either way, It made me think I need to clean my toilet brushes.  |

I just buy a new one every few months Lol they are like a buck. And IMO are like sponges....they eventually wear out or get so funky they need to be replaced.
