Hi,
We will be doing some nice sauerbraten with gingersnap gravy, braised red cabbage with apples and potato pancakes this weekend. This will of course be accompanied by various beers and some good reisling.
Good menu, except for German chocolate cake which is actually american, and named after Sam German,These in-person events offer a rare combination of strategic insights and practical advice on food science-based formulation challenges; regulations; emerging ingredient technologies, nutrition and critical industry/consumer trends.
