I have to find the recipe I used, I'll post it later. Omg it was so easy and so delicious and I love the fact there are leftovers so breakfast or snack is a quick warm up away.

Damn, girl. Why you gotta do that to me when I'm on my beach diet?

I can see that. Pretty standard American beautifully unhealthy breakfast fare. Do you not do biscuits & gravy?
My only question is that I don't quite see why you wouldn't just make gravy if you're making sausage anyway, though.
I'll eat your share, if I need to. I'm good that way.

We do not do biscuit and gravy breakfasts. We eat farmer sausage or smokies as a supper food. And biscuits as a bread with supper, usually beside soups or stews. And I've known many a person to enjoy pork sausages for breakfast with eggs and pancakes and fruit. But sausage and biscuits with gravy for breakfast, is not a part of Canadian cuisine as far as my knowledge goes.

If I can ever find my way down south to visit, I hope someone will be willing to make it for me, along with all sorts of other American cuisine that I've never had

You've never had brisket. That is so sad.
