It blows (pun intended). Gram is missing the last day of school. Got sent home after 30 minutes. Getting ready for a doctor appointment. The nebulizer treatment I gave him before school apparently did nothing, so we're probably going to have to do a round of steroids.
I used to blame my ex's family genes when I found out Amara had it. Guess it must be my side. Oops.

Yeah. Orapred (steroid), and antibiotics for a sinus infection. Didn't fill the script for antibiotics, as her diagnosis was based on nasal inflammation, and him reacting when she jammed her thumbs into his sinus cavities. None of the ones around his forehead were sensitive, and she pushed hard enough on the ones under his eyes that anybody would wince a bit. No fever, and the fact that he's got slight allergies is enough for me to question an infection. I'll keep an eye on it, and have the script if we need it later. Man, though - those albuterol treatments make him hyper! It's so weird to watch him behave in ways that are so uncharacteristic. I'm thinking I need to send him out to run it off, but then I remember that's probably contraindicated when the boy can't breathe...
