Mini man is sitting here watching Pokémon and I hear "metapod! Maximum hardness!" Now I can't quit laughing but I also can't explain to him why I'm laughing.

My youngest just started with the Pokémon craze! He hasn't watched the show - only the cards so far. They have a 'club' at school. Awww.

My girl is really into Pokemon too. She's got a few interests though, so it's not so bad. This summer she found a buddy at her daycare that she could trade cards with.
She'll also just randomly walk up to me and start talking about so-and-so, who is the evolved form of such-and-such, did this-and-that and then...blah, blah, blah, blah. She talks about them like they're people..

The Pokémon cracks me up though. Listening to him & his buddies trade is fucking hysterical - 'dude, I am not trading my Charizard, his HP is like a million dude'
