2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chilled butter, diced
1 1/4 cups whole milk
2 extra Tablespoons of flour
3 Tablespoons garlic paste or minced garlic
3 Cups Spinach
1 Cup shredded mozzarella
So...yeah. Sift the dry ingredients tother. Cut the butter (or rub in with your hands) until it reseembles fine corn meal. Mix in the garlic. Add the milk, a little at a time. You want a rather dry dough so you can roll it out into a rectangle.
Spread the spinach and cheese on top of the dough, roll it up, and cut into circles. Bake at 425 (or 450, depending on how you know your oven) for 12-15 min. Brush the tops with butter after 10 minutes.
Hell, yeah.
