I'm going to pan fry some chicken thighs tonight. Then I'm planning to deglaze the pan with some chicken stock with minced garlic and then add some leftover cream cheese with chives I have in the fridge. I'll add the chicken back to the pan then throw it in the oven for a bit.
Any thoughts? Additions?

It was pretty good! It turn out as thick as I wanted but I'm thinking it's because it was whipped cream cheese. But the flavor was great and Ryan likes the juice on noodles, lol.
