Not that I'm counting. To date I still "feel better" than the last three. But.. new symptoms again. So apparently what we thought was latent pain from my fall at Christmas is more likely a condition called SPD or something. But basically has led to groin strain on both sides. My waddle is necessary. I cannot cross my legs. Put on pants, or get in and out of a vehicle without my eyes watering up. The only treatment is ice packs and having a baby. Once she's here my pelvis will tighten back up and slide back into place and the groin muscles won't have to work overtime to help me stay upright and the inflammation should go down. Other than that and alternating extreme bursts of energy (in which I try to accomplish "all the things" ) with periods of bone tired, falling asleep sitting up exhaustion I'm actually OK. Hubster says for the first time with a pregnancy I'm actually "glowing" the last three I stayed sick with a combination of hormone induced hurling and sinus infections , to the point I was dehydrated and green Lol so eating agrees with me. Pack n play with baby napper and changing station is in route, the travel system, portable swing, and bouncer are in the garage in boxes until closer to time. (Don't want curious siblings destroying everything like they do everything else. These are not cheap purchases) Could probably use a few more necessities like burp clothes and diapers. Some sleep n plays. And according to my husband and baby center I really should have my hospital bag packed already. But I'm very... eh. We've got time l

I am. I went and got some icy hot. Mom says that shit was completely safe for preggos muscle aches twenty plus years ago. Just like ib profen a decade ago. Said that she doesn't understand why they insist on making pregnant ladies suffer for no fucking reason nowadays Lol I'm using the icy hot in extreme moderation since it says to ask a professional. Because dammit I have to be able to WALK.

Supposedly anti inflammatory are bad for babies Lol who the hell knows. When I had L and g it was safe on moderation (like anything) by the time I had p it was the devil and your kid would be born with three heads, webbed feet and scales if you took EVEN ONE LOL ....
But they give you opiates in the hospital and tell you it's cool to breastfeed ....)
I figure if it was safe for the first two in moderation it's safe in moderation for this one so I can function to take care of the others. Tylenol is allowed and is....fucking useless. I don't even give it to the kids for headaches. Pain is typically caused by inflammation. You need an anti inflammatory to cure the cause of it. Not just pain relief to mask a symptom.

Interesting. I can't remember if I took it with Ryan but I'm sure I did. I'm not a tylenol fan either but I do like that I can piggy back it with motrin every 4 hours.

I'm trying to remember I am fortunate enough it's just typical pains. That I've had it FAR worse. (I'd already been hospitalized once for pre term Labor with L at this point with the second time around 34 weeks. She was born at 37 weeks)
It's not as tough as evacuating a swollen miserable mess.
But it does hurt Lol
