That sounds really good! I would have to see if it works just as well with chicken breast, because I'm a wienie crybaby who can't eat meat off the bone.  |

Lol, It would probably work! I like the thighs, you could probably buy them boneless? The thighs are usually cheaper than the boobs. It was really good and super easy and my guess is you could throw it together in the morning and refrigerate then just throw it in the oven. Highly recommend a throwaway aluminum container though, Oh, and I didn't have maple syrup so I used agave and it tasted great.

Nice! We're going to Costco tomorrow, so I'll have to see if I can find boneless thighs.  I've tried a version of that sauce (maple syrup and Dijon, but chopped garlic instead of rice vinegar) on pork chops. That is also very tasty. |

It's difficult, but we can usually stick to the mission. The mission is usually "stock up on meat." My only problem is the meat is next to the wine...
