We had satellite tv for the last 5 years and while I hated the cost the 'convenience' was nice--and a totally time suck. So now I have an antenna for local channels and man, does it suck not having any info about what's playing when there's a commercial on. Rofl!

Lol I'm with ya. We did without cable for years and the only thing we truly missed was the TV guide channel

We just shut off our cable, but I hadn't actually watched anything on it for over a year. I just watch Netflix or Amazon Prime.

I'm totally fine with not having cable or satellite, I cringe thinking how much money we wasted over the last 5 years. It's just funny that watching TV used to be like this, without all the information and an actually 'TV GUIDE' that came in the mail to be used to see what shows were on when. It made me lol at myself.
