I'd like to slow cook it in the oven. It's almost 6 1/2 lbs and it says 325 at 20 mins per pound. Could I do it at 200 for like 5 hours?

It needs to hit a certain internal temp. Not sure what that is for ham. Do you have a meat thermometer?
