My 'new' place is in a more established neighborhood than the other one so I have a lot of mature trees and it also backs up to a greenway, which is awesome! I'm still getting used to the critters though. Yesterday I had the garage door open as well as the door coming into the house from the garage and a bird flew into my bedroom. Then this morning I found a freaking wasp in my bathroom. Why can't my cute little chipmunk neighbor sneak in and snuggle me, I'd be ok with that.

Ha! If it would get my little chipmunk friend to sidle up next to me so I could pet his little head I'll be Snow White.
To add insult to injury, in an effort to kill the bastard wasp I was smacking it with a wash cloth then flushed it down the toilet, but after my shower I found one if his nasty little legs on my face towel. DAMN IT!

Trade ya. The Wonder Cat has gone from mice trophies to bunny trophies. With mice, she performs elaborate surgery and brings us organs. So every day I take the doormat out back to dispose of them. The bunnies thus far have been decapitated. So now I have to take the doormat back, while trying to avoid looking at the lifeless bunny head, with lifeless bunny eyes that stare at me. Accusingly.
