Ky: This is what part of my commute looked like on Waze this morning, to give you an idea.

do you pay for waze? I just use google maps, I've never felt the need to find something new, what does waze do that google doesn't? Waze is free and allows users to report things like accidents, construction areas, if there are cops sitting on the road somewhere, debris, vehicles broken down. It will also estimate the current speed of traffic, which is very useful. If traffic is at a standstill, then I can just take another road. It is SO accurate too. I love it!
I love Trivia Crack, but C deleted it because he has so many damn games on my phone. Maybe I will get rid of Candy Crush (again) and re-install Trivia Crack. That shit is awesome.
Sugarless, the Star Chart thing is really bad ass, Aiden has it on his phone.

When I have any energy at all, I love to run, but have a hard time sticking with it. Zombies, Run! is an app that plays a (veeeeeery cheesy) zombie apocalypse script that makes you the character in a story about a bunch of survivors trying to gather supplies and weather the zoms. It's interval running, and you can play your music while you run. The best part is that you also collect items as you run and use them to "build" your zombie-proof fortress. I think that's it... Hahahaha, that is fucking awesome!!!!

I don't even understand what I"m looking at lmao, what's with car with cars in speech bubbles and cars in speech bubbles with no cars and a the smilie face I'm guessing is you?
I use maps for turn by turn navigation mostly, I don't know that the rest of that information would be all that useful to me since I rarely drive during busy traffic hours.

The blue car is me, the smilie face is another wazer (which I'm sure is important to someone, but I don't care) the bubbles with cars are all reports of slowing traffic. If there were road hazards, police, or construction it would also be reported by users and appear in their own bubbles. Waze has navigation as well.

That's why I keep looking at it lmao. Running is cheap exercise, I keep thinking I should get into it, but hot damn, I am way to lazy. I go to my zumba class once a week, but that's social, I'm friends with the instructor and half the class. Trying to drag my lazy ass into a workout that isn't fun is damn near impossible. I was doing that 7 minute workout app for a few months and I liked it, but I skipped a couple days and then never started again, oops.

I would love to go running again. It's been years, but it's the best high ever afterwards. Maybe I should start getting up earlier.

I get up at 6, I have no interest in getting up earlier. My neighbour wakes up at 4:30 every day so she can work out before she leaves for work at 5:30. I would rather be fat

I get up at 5:00.... Nope, that's not right. I get out of bed at 5:00 when my alarm goes off, but I'm usually 3/4 awake at about 2:30 with catnaps until my alarm goes off. I usually can't fall asleep until 11:00 or 11:30 the night before, so I'm already wrung out. Then I work for forever. After that, I'm feeling like a wet noodle wrapped in a washcloth. Trying to tack on running as well... When I'm getting good sleep, I run my face off. It's an amazing tension reliever for when I have pent up anger from my work day. Which is most days.

I'm wondering if it's your lack of/interrupted sleep that's wearing you down and causing you to feel so tired all the time. I've felt that way and what I noticed I was doing was waking up in the middle of the night (around 2 am) and looking at that clock then my brain would start processing how much time I had left to sleep, however I was not getting back to sleep until about 4 or so and then up at 6. I was waking up not exactly tired but seriously, by 10 or so I felt exhausted. I finally took the clock out of my room and that helped a little, my phone is my alarm clock and I try not to check it--it requires me to actually move to get to it. Another thing I found out was that I was really low on vitamin B12--apparently that shit doesn't absorb when there's lots of alcohol consumption. Taking B12 supplements helped a lot. I honestly think I need to start doing some sort of meditation or yoga or stretching at night before bed to calm my body and my brain so that I can sleep.

Bedtime yoga routineThe link above is my favorite bedtime yoga routine. She does these leg stretches that totally help relax tense thighs/legs. I feel like I could melt by the end!

I'm not actually sure if my wonky sleep patterns are a symptom or a cause. I don't always have that issue, but still feel run down. I take D, B6, and niacin every day. At one point, my doctor (probably tired of my bitching ) gave me a prescription for heavy duty doses of D. I didn't feel all that different over the 3 month period that I took them. But, yeah, the poor sleep certainly doesn't help at all.
