I can't get enough. I've been having it with scrambled eggs at breakfast and this morning I put some on a toasted english muffin with cream cheese and chives. I. Love. It.

Family favorite here. When I make papas and chorizo y juevos I giggle at how my white ass had to learn to cook all this. Because... Its his favorite (next to tamales and d babacua which I can't make)
Because he's white and Puerto Rican. Not mexican. (Not one of those is a Puerto Rican dish. Lol he likes them because his Cajun white mother had to learn to make them for her half Puerto Rican/ half Mexican husband who grew up eating Mexican cuisine because thats all Hus big sisters learned to cook before their Mexican mother died. Follow that?)
. I make yummy chorizo and eggs.

Oh girl. So good. Seasoned pork or carne roast wrapped in fresh made maza (corn) then wrap in a corn shuck and boil. My mother in law makes the best. I worked for my meal today ?

Delicious. Common Hispanic dish here. Hard to get that seasoning just right though. Mmmmmm

You've never heard of tamales? Yum! If you ever decide to try the delicious tamale (and you should), the corn husk is important for cooking, and it will be served in the corn husk, but the corn husk is not intended to be eaten.
How I acquired this information is unimportant.
